Orders

1. Services are reserved only after full payment of the service. During the season, 100% of the service is paid; outside of the season – 50% of the service, the other 50% is paid one month before the service is provided

Cancellation

2. If it is canceled more than 30 days before the start of booking – Cancellation policy: 50% of the total amount of the reservation

3. If it is canceled less than 30 days before the first booking, the cancellation fee applies: 100% of the amount of the reservation

The rules

4. On the boat the customer signs / receives the rules of outsized vessels, pays (if provided) security and other services

Faults

5. Any damage in the boat should be reported to the skipper and the rental company as soon as possible 

Weather conditions

6. If the port service doesn’t allow to sail, it is canceled; otherwise  (for example, if it rains)  the trip will be organized anyway
